dc.description.abstract	Bu araştırma, branş öğretmenlerinin empatik eğilim düzeylerini çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemek amacıyla yazılmıştır. Bilindiği üzere insanlar istendik davranış değişikliği oluşması adına eğitim almaktadır. Kendilerine ve topluma faydalı bir birey olmaları ve hayatın kendilerine açtığı yoldan başarıyla ilerleyebilmeleri açısından eğitim almaları büyük önem teşkil etmektedir. Bu eğitimi alırken, özellikle ilk ve ortaöğretimde, faydalandıkları en önemli kaynak ise eğitimin köşetaşı olan öğretmenlerdir. Öğretmenler, öğrencilere eğitim verirken onları motive eder, çevresel faktörleri düzenler, hazır bulunuşluk düzeylerini belirleyip onlara uygun araçlarla öğrencilerin karşısına çıkar ve çeşitli eğitim öğretim yöntem ve teknikleriyle ders verir. Ancak en önemlisi onlarla iletişim kurar. Bir öğretmenin mesleki başarısı öğretmenin sadece anlatım becerisine değil aynı zamanda iletişim ve empati yeteneğine de bağlıdır. Öğretmenlerin empatik eğilimleri en nihayetinde onların örgüt içinde ve dışında gerçekleştirdiği iletişim durumlarını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu durumlar ise onların gerek meslek yaşamlarında gerekse günlük hayatlarında gerçekleştirdikleri iletişimin kalitesini bize gösterir. Yapılan bu çalışmayla branş öğretmenlerinin empatik eğilim düzeylerinin hangi değişkenlere göre farklılık göstermekte olduğunu tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	This research was performed in order to analyze the branch teachers' empathic tendency levels in terms of different variables.. As is known, people are trained to have a terminal behavioral change. It is of vital importance that people are trained to move along the way opened by the life itself successfully, and to become individuals that are beneficial to themselves and to the society. When receiving this training, the most important resource they benefit from, particularly in primary and secondary education, is teachers that are the cornerstones of education. While giving education, teachers motivate their students; organize the environmental factors, determine the level of readiness, confront their students with the proper instruments, and tutor them by various educational methods and techniques. However, most importantly, they communicate with them. A teacher's professional success not only depends on his/her expression skill, but also on his/her communication and empathy skill. Teachers' empathic tendencies will eventually reveal the communication status realized by them inside and outside the organization. These status show us the quality of communication realized by them in their professional and daily lives. With this study, it has been aimed to determine according to which variables teachers' empathic tendency levels differ.	tr_TR
