dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışmada Büyük veri ve ETL sistemiyle ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Büyük verinin günümüzde teknolojik olarak değerinin her geçen gün arttığı yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Büyük verinin de tıpkı teknolojik ürünler gibi geliştirilmesi gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. Büyük veri mantığıyla yapılan programın çok daha iyi kullanılabilmesi için ETL sistemi ile birleştirilmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasının ikinci bölümünde büyük veriyle ilgili genel bilgilerin yanı sıra büyük verinin hangi alanlarda kullanıldığı, verinin kaynakların neler olduğu hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde iş gücü yönetimi programı hakkında bilgiler yer verilmiştir. Bunların dışında programın nasıl çalıştığı ve hangi sistem üzerine kurulu olduğu yer almıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise veri ambarı ve ETL sistemiyle ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. ETL süreçleri anlatılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise iş gücü yönetim sisteminin eski hali ve ETL ile birleştirildikten sonraki durumları karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca Programın ETL ile birleştirilmiş yapısı gösterilmiştir. Son bölümde ise ETL sistemi ile birlikte neler kazanıldığından bahsedilmiştir.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	İn this workout it is given information about big data and ETL system. Here it is given information about nowadays big data is gaining a value of technological day by day. Also it is highlighted the need of the development of the big data as the other technological products. The program that is developed by the big data logic , it is merged with ETL system for best use of process. In this thesis at the second part , it is given that beside of the big data general information it is also given information about which areas that big data used, what is the big data information resources . In the third part it is given information about the workload process program. Other than this subject there is information about how this program works and which system it is used on . İn the fourth part there is information about data warehouse and ETL system. It is tolda about ETL process. In the fifth part it is compared between old workload management system and the new workload management system which is merged with ETL. Also it is shown about the program which is merged with ETL. At the last part it is told about what we gain with ETL system Workload Management System.	tr_TR
