dc.description.abstract	Türkiye’de eğitim yönetimi alanında yapılan çalışma sayısı çeşitli etkenler ile birlikte son yıllarda artmıştır. Ancak bu artış içerisinde eğitim yönetiminin azınlık okullarındaki durumu ele alan çalışma sayısı yok denecek kadar azdır. Bu çalışma bu boşluğu gidermeyi hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanın amacı azınlık okullarında ve devlet okullarında uygulanan yönetsel süreçleri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemektir. Nitel bir çalışma olan ve desen olarak olgu bilim kullanılan bu çalışmada, yönetsel süreçleri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemek için bir devlet okulunda ve bir azınlık (Ermeni) okulunda yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile 7 farklı yöneticiyle 8 adet görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre iki okul tipi arasında yönetsel süreçler bağlamında ciddi bir fark yoktur ve okullar bir birine benzemektedir. Bu sonuç eğitim yönetiminin henüz bir disiplin olarak gelişememesine bağlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte azınlık okulu tipinde var olan görece özerklik hali bu okul tipinin daha etkin bir yönetim mekanizması geliştirmesine olanak sağlamıştır. Çalışma okulların merkeziyetçi bürokratik bir yapıdan uzak, okul merkezli yönetilmesi önerisini yapmaktadır.	tr_TR

dc.description.abstractol	Recently, due the impact of several reasons, the number of studies in the field of educational administration has been in Turkey. Yet, the number of researches studying minority schools in terms of administrative processes is almost none. This study aims to fill this gap. The aim of this study is to investigate comparatively the practises of administrative process in public schools and minority schools. As a qualitative and phenomenological study, the research conducted seven in-depth interviews by using semi-structured form with eight school principles to compare administrative processes in a public school and a minority (Armenian) school and discusses its results in terms of its implications. According to findings of the study, there is not much difference between two school types in terms of administrative processes and schools are similar to each other. This result indicates that there is the need for the field of educational administration to develop as a separate disciplinary field. Yet, it has been also found that minority schools are relatively successful in establishing an administrative structure, which is considered as a result of the autonomous status of these schools. This study recommends that schools should be run locally, by schools themselves, instead of a centralized bureaucratic structure.	tr_TR
