ÖZET
Bir iĢletmenin mali nitelikteki iĢlemlerini toplayan, sınıflandıran, kayıt altına alan, özetleyen ve raporlayan muhasebe sistemi, bu iĢlevlerini yerine getirirken belli bir düzen ve sistematik halinde çalıĢmaktadır. Muhasebe bilgi sisteminde üretilen bilginin doğruluğu ve güvenilirliği, hem iĢletme içi hem de iĢletme dıĢı bilgi kullanıcıları için karar vermede kullanımı açısından oldukça önemlidir.
Muhasebe bilgi sistemi içerisinde üretilen bilginin özellikle kayıt fonksiyonunu yerine getirirken izlenen sistematik, hesap çerçevesi ve hesap planı ile düzenlenmektedir. Bazı özellikli sektörler hariç, diğer tüm iĢletmeler için oluĢturulmuĢ hesap planı hem standardın sağlanması hem de karĢılaĢtırılma yapılabilmesi açısından kullanılmaktadır.
Ticaretin ve iĢletme faaliyetlerinin çeĢitlenmesi zaman zaman kullanılan hesap planında bazı eklemeler yapılması sonucunu yaratsa da son yıllarda Türkiye’de muhasebe standartlarının kullanılmasının zorunluluğu, hesap planını oldukça yetersiz bırakmıĢtır. Bu nedenle hazırlanan bu çalıĢmada, Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ve Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları kapsamında kullanılan hesaplarında dahil olduğu bir hesap planı aktarılmaya çalıĢılmıĢtır.iv
ABSTRACT
Business transactions of a financial nature, collect, classify, record, field, summarizing, and reporting accounting system performing these functions in a particular order and systematic work. The accuracy of the information and reliability of the accounting information produced in the system, both to users and internal and external information for use in decision making is very important.
Particular record of information that is produced within the accounting information system followed in performing the function of a systematic accounting Framework and is regulated with account plans. Some of the featured sectors, except for the standard plan and all the other businesses in terms of comparison can be made, and providing the created account is used.
