dc.description.abstractBaşarı kavramı ve bu yönde her geçen gün artan baskı günümüz insanları üzerindeki en büyük sorunlardan birisidir. Bu baskı ve sorunlar küçük yaşlardan itibaren başlamakta ve gelecek nesilleri olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu durumun ele alındığı hali hazırdaki araştırmanın birinci bölümünde kavramsal bir giriş yapılarak başarı ve akademik başarı kavramları ele alınmış ve akademik başarıyı etkileyen faktörlere detaylı şekilde değinilmiştir. Ayrıca, birinci bölümde benlik kavramına da değinilerek, bireyler üzerindeki etkilerinden ve benlik saygısının gelişiminden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde literatür bazında bahsedilenler araştırma verilerinin sınaması yapılarak desteklenmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise elde edilen araştırma bulguları, gerçekleştirilen literatür taraması bağlamında gözden geçirilerek, çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolThe concept of success is one of the biggest problems of today and has an increasing pressure on people day by day. The concept has a negative impact on future generations and the problems begining from a young age. In the first section of the work academic achievement and success are discussed in detail by making a conceptual introduction to present the concepts of the factors that affect academic success. In the first chapter while referring to the effects on the individuals’ self concept and self-esteem development are discussed. In the second part of the study, the analysis of research data was also supported by the review of the literature. In the third and final section of the study the reseach findings were discussed in the light of the literature reviewand severel suggestions were recommended.tr_TR
