dc.description.abstractYapılan çalışmada özel ve resmi özel eğitim kurumlarda çalışan öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeyleri karşılaştırılmış ve çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir. Çalışma 2013–2014 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul Bakırköy’de faaliyet gösteren 10 özel ve 6 resmi özel eğitim kurumunda çalışan 126 öğretmenle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin 65 özel, 61 ise resmi özel eğitim kurumlarında çalışmaktadır. Araştırma nicel ve nitel yöntemler bir arada kullanılarak karma yöntemle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın nicel bölümünde özel eğitim alanında çalışan öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeyi Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın nitel bölümünde ise resmi kurumda çalışan bir kadın ve bir erkek iki öğretmen, özel kurumda çalışan bir kadın ve bir erkek olmak üzere dört öğretmenle görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda özel ve resmi özel eğitim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmenlerin iş doyum düzeylerinin cinsiyet değişkeni, yaş değişkeni, medeni durum değişkeni, eğitim düzeyi değişkeni, branş değişkeni, çalışılan kurum tipi değişkeni, meslekteki hizmet süreleri değişkeni ve hizmet içi eğitimlere katılım gibi değişkenlere göre değerlendirildiğinde farklılık göstermediği; ancak özel kurum çalışanı öğretmenlerin işleri karşılığı aldıkları ücrete dair memnuniyet düzeylerinin resmi kurum çalışanlarına göre yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolIn the study, teachers who work in private and public special education institutions compared about job satisfaction and offered solutions for the subject. In 2013-2014 educational year, the study was conducted with 126 teachers who work on 10 private and 6 public educational institutions in Bakırköy, Istanbul. While 65 of participant teachers were working in private special education institutions, they are maining 61 teachers were working in public special education institutions. The research was carried out with mixed methodology with the using of the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. In the quantitative section, the jobsatisfaction of teachers who work in special education field been evaluated with the using of Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale. In the qualitative section, 2 teachers (one man and one woman) from private special education institutions and 2 teachers (one man and one woman) from public special education institutions were selected and an interview conducted with them. As a result of analysis, the jobsatisfaction of private and public special education institutions teachers are the same in the field of gender variable, age variable, marital status variable, education level variable, branch variable, type of the institution variable, term of service variable and participating in-service training variable. On the contrary, the contentedness level of private school teachers are higher than public special education institutions teachers in the field of wages for their works.tr_TR
