dc.description.abstractKurum yapısının iyi olması, tek başına kurumun başarılı olması için yeterli değildir. Kurumların uzun yaşayabilmeleri için, çalışanların amaçları ile kurumun amaçları uyumlu olmalıdır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Azersu Devlet Şirketinde çalışan işgörenlerin iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık faktörlerinin seviyesini belirlemektir. Anket çalışmamız 156 çalışanlar üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmamızın sonucu olarak, örgütsel bağlılığın Azersu Devlet Şirketi çalışanlarının iş tatminleri üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğu ve örgütsel bağlılık ile iş tatmini arasında pozitif ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolFor organizational commitment, good organizational structure is not enough. Only with accordance of employee aims and organisational aims, contunious of organizational commitment is possible. The aim of this study, is to determine the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment factors of employees working at Azersu State Company. Our survey is performed on 156 employees. As a result of our research, organisational commitment has got a positive effect on employees job satisfaction at Azersu State Company and there is a positive relationship between commitment level and job satisfaction.tr_TR
