dc.description.abstractSon yıllarda gelişmekte olan ülke ekonomilerinde ve günümüz dünya ekonomisinde küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler dikkat çekici bir gelişme göstermektedir. Bugün dünya literatüründe üzerine fikir birliğine varılmış bir KOBİ tanımı bulunmamaktadır.’’Küçük ve orta boy işletme’’ ana tanımı içinde, KOBİ’lere değişik ülkeler hatta aynı ülke içindeki farklı birimler farklı özellikler yüklemektedirler. Bu nedenle çoğu zaman tanımlamada karışıklık yaşanmaktadır. Türkiye dünya ticaret ağının dinamosunu oluşturan KOBİ’ler için bu çalışmada, öncelikle KOBİ tanımı esas alınarak ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri ve ekonomideki farklı birçok değişken göz önünde bulundurulup ülkelere göre KOBİ’ler değerlendirilecek ve Türkiye’de ki KOBİ kavramı, avantajları, dezavantajları, hukuki yapısı üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu kapsamda Türkiye ekonomisinde KOBİ’lere sağlanan finansal destekler ve finansman ihtiyaçlarına değinilmekte, uluslararası pazarlarda faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin karşılaştığı yönetimsel sorunlar ele alınarak küreselleşen dünya’da KOBİ’lerin Türk ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri ve önemi üzerinde durulacaktır.tr_TR

dc.description.abstractolLately, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’(SMSE) shows eye catching improvement at Domestic economics and world economics. Today, there has not been any agreed upon definition of SMSE yet at world literature. In the main definition of “Small and Medium sized enterprises’ ” various countries (Even in the country itself) assign different kind of properties to SMSE’s. Therefore complications occur at definitions of SMSE. In this article, the development levels of countries will be examined according to SMSE definition and assessment of SMSE considering many variables in economics, and SMSE concept in Turkey with advantages disadvantages and legal issues for SMSE’s which is the key role of world trade network will be studied . At this concept, it will mention SMSE’s financial needs how SMSE’s are provided financially in Turkish economics, It will refer the management problems of SMSE’s which runs at international markets, and will emphasize the importance and effects of SMSE’s in Turkish economics in this globalized world economy.tr_TR
