The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between principal leadership and the school atmosphere at Aljazari International High School (AIS). The research objectives were addressed using a collective case study technique, which attempted to evaluate the degree of school environment and leadership at AIS, examine the link between the two, and identify the elements influencing the relationship. According to the survey, the degree of leadership and school atmosphere was high from the standpoint of the instructors. The findings revealed that the four characteristics of leadership (belonging, safety, trust, and achievement) had a substantial impact on the school atmosphere. There were no significant changes in leadership level or school atmosphere depending on gender, years of experience, or department. Safety and trust were the most important factors in the principals' leadership, followed by Belonging and Success. This research gives valuable insights into the influence of principal leadership on school climate and can help school administrators improve the school environment.tr_TR
